Covid Level 4 August 2021 -update re bookings

We hope you are all staying safe and well during this trying time.

 

As we remain at  Level 4 Lockdown and uncertain as to when we will be back at Level 2 (the Swim School is not permitted to open under Level 4 or 3)– we would like to ensure you that once we are permitted to re-open the Swim School your child/rens bookings with us are secure. Do not worry you will not be paying to secure the places in their classes – this is how it will work:

 

  1. We will be applying a Credit to your child’s swim account for swims missed in the period 18th to 21st August

  2. The next monthly Direct Debit is due to go out on the 22nd August for swims between 22nd August & 21st September– easy – we will not be setting this off to run, so no payments will be taken from your accounts.

  3. When we re-open we will be requiring a prorata payment for any swims there may be from re-opening date up to the next monthly DDrun (the credit we have applied to your account will be put against this prorata.)
